At OSMC, we believe in individualized care with a hands-on approach. Our staff is trained in current treatment techniques and we utilize a state of the art facility to assist in your rehabilitation. After undergoing a thorough evaluation, your treatment plan is developed by you, your physician, and your therapist. We understand injury recovery and will work with you to regain the lifestyle that you want.

Neil Atkins, DPT, Physical Therapist

Neil received his BS from Illinois State University in 1997 and his MPT from St. Ambrose University in 2000. He completed his DPT at St. Ambrose University in 2009. Neil joined OSMC in 2005. He enjoys boating and water skiing.

Ed Ponce, MS, Physical Therapist

Ed received his Physical Therapy degree from Bradley University in 1996. His special interests include spending time with his kids, enjoying the outdoors, and listening to music. Ed is currently working towards a doctorate degree from St. Augustine University.

Julie Hartke, DPT, Physical Therapist

Julie attended Illinois State University with a major in Biology and minor in Exercise Science. She earned her DPT in May 2009 from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO and became a member of the OSMC therapy team in June, 2009. Julie enjoys spending time with her friends and following her favorite sports teams the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears.

Letitia Kingston, PT, Physical Therapist

Letitia received her BS in Health Science in 1993 and her MS in Physical Therapy in 1994, both from the University of Miami, FL. She received her Athletic Training Certification in 1993 and has worked at University of Miami and Purdue University. Her hobbies include running, lifting weights, and triathlons. Letitia enjoys spending time with her husband and three little children.

Jaime Holland, PTA/L, Physical Therapist Assistant

Jaime received her degree in 2000 from Lake Land College. Jaime has worked in a variety of settings and joined OSMC in 2004. She enjoys spending time with her family and attending auctions.

McCrae Holly, PTA/L, Physical Therapist Assistant

McCrae received her degree from Illinois Central College in 1995. Her orthopedic interests are in manual therapy. McCrae’s hobbies include pencil drawing and painting.

Lyndsey Schinzler, PTA/L, Physical Therapist Assistant

Lyndsey received her degree in 1998 from Lincoln Land Community College. Lyndsey has worked in multiple settings and joined OSMC in 2004. She enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Sharon Mink, PTA/L, Physical Therapist Assistant

Sharon attended Southern Illinois University where she received an Associate of Applied Science and completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She enjoys reading, traveling, photography, and spending time with her family.

Kim Rhoda, OTR/L, Occupational Therapist

Kim received her BS from the University of Illinois in 1989 and her MS in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University in 1992. Kim has presented on spinal cord and orthotic topics. She is currently focused on hand injuries and is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.

Katie Adams, OTD, OTR/L, Occupational Therapist

Katie received her BS from the University of South Dakota in 2001 and her Doctorate in Ocupational Therapy from Creighton University in 2005. She also received her certification in Orthotics from Northwestern University in 2005 and is board eligible. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Kim Keller, BS, OTR/L, Occupational Therapist

Originally from Ohio, Kim received her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Tennessee State University in 1996. Her professional experiences since then include OT in skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, acute rehab, and outpatient settings. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, serving on ministry teams at church, music and performing arts, and cultivating her family's love for cooking.

Celia Vineyard, AS, OTA/L, Occupational Therapist Assistant

Celia received her degree from Parkland College in 2007. She is currently focusing on studies to complete her graduate work in Occupational Therapy. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering.

Stefani Oltman, Occupational Therapist Assistant

Stefani attended Illinois Central College where she received an Associates Degree in Applied Science of Occupational Therapy Assistant in 1999. She also received an EMT-B certification from Heartland College in 2003. Stefani has worked for Professional Therapy Services, OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, and now at OSMC.
